Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for landscaping and maintenance services
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online requests
• Update and maintain appointment calendars and customer records
• Coordinate scheduling changes with operations and field teams
• Assist with service confirmations and follow-up communications
• Support office staff with general administrative duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
