Entry-Level Business Associate

We’re hiring Entry-Level Business Associates to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, sales associates, and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on business experience.

No previous business, sales, or marketing experience is required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Business Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer engagement, sales, marketing, business development, and team operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities
• Communicate with customers and community members in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition
• Represent client campaigns and brands at events and community activations
• Help execute sales and marketing strategies
• Track basic performance metrics and campaign results
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learn business operations, customer relationship management, and leadership skills
• Support team growth and contribute to a positive workplace culture

No Experience Required

You don't need previous business experience to apply.

We provide the training and mentorship needed to learn the role. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, sales, fundraising, events, or communications can be helpful, but it is not required.
