Nova Management Team, a sales and marketing firm, wants an Entry level Business Development Associate to help Fort Myers businesses unlock their potential with modern technology. The Entry level Business Development Associate will also identify businesses restricted by obsolete connectivity services, demonstrate how fiber and integrated VoIP remove bottlenecks, and guide them toward better solutions.


As an Entry level Business Development Associate, you will complete sales and business development training to learn how AT&T’s Business Fiber and VoIP can future-proof businesses. The Entry level Business Development Associate will then consult with businesses to identify connectivity gaps, driving sales by offering solutions that support sales growth and streamline operations.


Core Functions of the Entry level Business Development Associate 

  • Identify businesses and office expansions in Southwest Florida to secure first-mover advantage for AT&T Business Fiber installations.
  • Lead the high-volume acquisition of wireless accounts by specializing in the bulk sale of 5G mobile devices for expanding corporate teams.
  • Position AT&T Office@Hand as the essential Day One communication tool, allowing new startups to establish a professional presence via mobile instantly.
  • Execute a Fiber-First sales strategy, using high-speed internet as the entry point to eventually upsell the full AT&T Business wireless and VoIP stack.
  • Manage a sales outreach schedule to convert commercial leads into active AT&T Business accounts within high-growth industrial zones.
  • Secure the close by demonstrating the simplicity of the AT&T billing system when Fiber, Mobile, and VoIP are unified into a single business account.

Education & Experience Needed for the Entry level Business Development Associate

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. 
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse business niches. 
  • Problem‑solver who delivers practical, client‑friendly solutions.
  • Adaptable learner who embraces new tools and sales strategies.
