As we continue to expand our statewide presence, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Healthcare Marketing Specialist to develop relationships with academic facilities, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and referring partners. Increasing our visibility as a premier provider of behavioral health programs and services.

Position Summary

The Business Development & Healthcare Marketing Specialist serves as the primary ambassador for Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare throughout New Jersey. This highly visible, relationship-focused position combines healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, consultative sales, and strategic partnership management.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with public school districts, charter schools, private schools, Child Study Teams (CSTs), special education departments, hospitals, pediatric practices, behavioral health providers, community organizations, case management agencies, and other referral sources to expand access to Neuropath's behavioral health services.

This role requires an energetic professional who enjoys networking, presenting to leadership teams, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term strategic partnerships that positively impact children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with school districts, educational organizations, healthcare providers, and community referral sources throughout New Jersey.
  • Promote Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare's services through outreach, networking, presentations, and community engagement events.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, referral sources, and business opportunities.
  • Generate and nurture referrals while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and recommend outreach strategies.
  • Represent Neuropath at conferences, provider fairs, school events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership, clinical, and operations teams to support successful partnership implementation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activities, referral tracking, and monthly performance reports.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Neuropath's services, mission, and value proposition.
  • Travel throughout New Jersey to cultivate partnerships and support business development initiatives.
  • Perform other related business development, marketing, and community outreach duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following preferred:

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, provider relations, community outreach, education, sales, client relations, or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Experience working with schools, healthcare organizations, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, pediatric healthcare, or community-based services is strongly preferred.
  • Experience presenting to executives, school administrators, or community stakeholders is highly desirable.
