Entry-Level Call Center Care Specialist Tier 1 ( Day or Night) REMOTE

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded Call Center Care Specialist Tier 1 FULL/PART- TIME to join our Remote Team and Support Customers during either day or night shifts. In this role, you will be one of the first people our customers connect with, so your ability to create a calm, helpful, and positive experience on every interaction will make a real difference. You will assist customers by answering incoming calls, responding to basic questions, documenting concerns, and guiding people toward the right solutions using established processes and support tools. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can remain patient and professional even during challenging conversations. As a Tier 1 specialist, you will handle routine inquiries, troubleshoot common issues, escalate more complex situations when needed, and ensure that each customer feels heard and supported. Because this is a remote role, you should be comfortable working independently, managing your time responsibly, and maintaining focus while collaborating virtually with supervisors and teammates. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner

• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and common customer questions

• Document customer interactions clearly and completely in the appropriate systems

• Troubleshoot basic issues and follow standard procedures to resolve concerns

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or supervisor

• Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards while working remotely

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace

• Ability to work scheduled day or night shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
