We are seeking motivated and dependable Entry-Level Carpenters to join our growing team on construction projects throughout the Boston and North Shore areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the carpentry trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside skilled carpenters and foremen.
Responsibilities

Assist carpenters with framing, finish work, and general construction tasks

Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed

Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and building materials

Operate hand and power tools safely

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with installation of doors, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and other carpentry-related tasks

Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations

Perform general labor duties as needed to support project completion
Qualifications

Previous construction or carpentry experience is helpful but not required

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day

Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Boston and North Shore area

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required
