A typical day at Premier Deck We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and along side the Deck Lead to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish. Clean and pack up job site, and punch out by 3:30.

Direct and professional interaction with customer
Continuous customer communication
Strive for a 5 star review on all projects
Quality
Maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck
Schedule
Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule
Organization
Job Site must be clean and orderly
Clean and organized trailer
Maintain a stocked trailer
Production
Able to work with Deck Lead and produce approximately. 200 square feet of deck per week
Requirements and Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Basic hand tools
Ability to lift 80 pounds
