Description
Finished CDL school in the DeLand, FL area and ready to put that license to work? Get paid from day one, train with a dedicated mentor, and go solo only when you are ready.
YOUR TRAINING
Three to five weeks with one dedicated trainer. You run actual freight on actual routes from the start. Your pay runs from day one – not after training ends.
What you will learn on the road:
Class A tractor-trailer operation and safety standards
ELD compliance and hours-of-service logging
Pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
Dispatch communication and company procedures
You go solo after supervised miles and evaluations. We do not cut corners.
THE JOB
Regional dry van freight east of I-35 – 100% no-touch
Drop and hook approximately 70% of loads
2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor with APU
$1,200 to $1,500 per week via direct deposit
Home time every week or every two weeks

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL
21 years of age or older
120 or more hours from an accredited CDL school
