Entry-Level CDL-A Driver | Paid Training Program for Recent Graduates

Location: Must live within 90 miles of El Paso, TX

Begin Your Truck Driving Career

If you've recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for your first driving opportunity, this program is designed to help you gain the experience needed to become a successful solo driver.

We provide paid onboarding, hands-on training with an experienced mentor, and the opportunity to move into your own truck upon successful completion of the program.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from a truck driving school within the last 12 months
• Ability to pass DOT requirements
• Commitment to completing onboarding and driver training
• Safe driving history

Paid Onboarding

Approved applicants will attend a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, Arkansas.

During onboarding, drivers will:

• Meet members of the operations, safety, and driver support teams
• Complete a driving assessment
• Participate in additional instruction if needed
• Learn company procedures and expectations
• Paid Orientation
• $100 Food Stipend

Driver Training Program

After onboarding, drivers will complete a minimum of 10 days of over-the-road training with an experienced mentor driver.

Training Compensation

• Earn $75 per day during the training period.

Upgrade to Solo Driver

Upon successful completion of training, drivers will:

• Transition into a solo driving position
• Receive their own truck assignment
• Begin earning cents per mile (CPM)
• Become eligible for bonus opportunities
• Start building valuable over-the-road experience

Pay and home time after training will vary based on the driver's assigned location and account.
