Recently licensed and looking for a carrier that actually invests in new drivers? NIS Express is now hiring entry level Class A drivers for dry van routes across Oklahoma. You'll start with real training and real pay, not promises — and you won't be left to learn the hard way.
PAY BREAKDOWN
- Training pay: $650/week
- First 3 months: $1,000/week guaranteed
- After that: $1,400 to $1,800/week average
HOW IT WORKS
You're paired with a trainer for 4 to 6 weeks. You run actual freight together — not a simulator, not a classroom. Once your trainer clears you, you're on your own.
Training covers:
- Operating a Class A tractor-trailer safely
- ELD systems and hours-of-service compliance
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures
- Dispatch communication and company protocol
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Haul dry van freight, mainly east of I-35
- Bi-weekly home time
- Full DOT regulation compliance
- Accurate ELD logs and DVIRs
- Thorough equipment inspections, every shift
- Professional communication with dispatch
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age 21
- 120 or more hours from an accredited CDL school
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
