The Bizarre Agency is hiring Charity Event Representatives to join our face-to-face fundraising team across Miami.
You’ll work at promotional booths in shopping centers, festivals, and community spaces, introducing nonprofit campaigns and encouraging donations and supporter sign-ups. This is an active, goal-focused role involving direct public outreach—not simply event setup.
No previous sales or fundraising experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
What You’ll Do
- Help set up charity booths, signage, and promotional displays
- Confidently approach members of the public and start conversations
- Explain each nonprofit partner’s mission, programs, and impact
- Answer questions and encourage donations or supporter sign-ups
- Work toward individual and team fundraising goals
- Apply feedback to improve your communication and outreach skills
- Collaborate with your team to keep events organised and welcoming
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally and respectfully
Who We’re Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or volunteering is welcome—but not required.

Schedule & Location
