Responsibilities
 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and handling enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry, manage electronic and physical filing systems, and maintain company databases.
  • Order office supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

 

Qualifications

 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
