LINK Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator in South Houston. This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone with some machining exposure who wants to build additional CNC experience while supporting daily machine shop production.

Job Highlights

• $19.00/hr

• Monday–Thursday schedule

• 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

• Full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity

• Work around CNC lathes and vertical machining centers

• Hands-on machine shop experience

What You’ll Do

• Assist with CNC lathe and mill operations

• Support operators running CNC and Swiss-style CNC lathes

• Load materials and help monitor machining operations

• Perform routine machine and work-area cleaning

• Follow production instructions and established safety procedures

• Help keep equipment and work areas organized

What We’re Looking For

• Some hands-on machining, machine shop, fabrication, or related industrial experience

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Able to follow machine operating and safety instructions

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Comfortable working around industrial machining equipment
