Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hr

No previous CNC experience? No problem! You'll receive paid, hands-on training from experienced team members who are committed to helping you succeed.

Available Shifts

1st Shift
Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift
Monday - Friday
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Learn to safely operate CNC production equipment
• Perform basic machine setup and machine operation
• Load and unload materials into CNC machines
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Stack, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• No CNC experience required—we'll train you
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift materials as needed throughout the shift
