Job Purpose Design, develop, and maintain programs for the operation of various CNC machines. Essential Job Results Following established Standard Work Instructions and keeping all customer and order information organized. Using customer provided scans to create solid models. Using 3D scanned files, models, or other provided geometries to create CNC programs. Providing outstanding customer service for internal and external customers. Following company and team policies, reporting quality problems to the supervisor. Actively following up with customers to ensure all product requirements are understood and clear. Applying problem solving and decision-making skills to find acceptable resolutions to customer problems. Secondary Job Results Support production by operating CNC machines as needed.
