Entry-Level Communications Assistant

Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly and organized Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support communication with customers and team members at our Los Angeles location. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a pet-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance
• Provide customers with information about grooming services and appointments
• Communicate appointment details, updates, and scheduling information
• Answer routine customer questions in a clear and professional manner
• Record customer requests and pet care instructions accurately
• Prepare and organize approved customer information materials
• Participate in team training and meetings
• Help maintain a welcoming and organized customer area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately
• Comfortable speaking with customers and working around dogs
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn
• Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles

Compensation & Benefits

• $19–$26 per hour, depending on experience
