Entry Level Communications Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives in our Charlotte office.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in communications, public relations, or marketing while gaining hands-on experience in campaign support, brand messaging, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal communication efforts and team updates
• Help coordinate promotional messaging and outreach initiatives
• Draft emails, announcements, presentations, and reports
• Maintain organized communication records and documentation
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaign support
• Ensure brand consistency across communication materials
• Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of communication strategies and public relations principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus but not required
