Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative

Ironbloom Collective is expanding our team and looking for friendly, motivated, and outgoing individuals to join us as Community Outreach Representatives.

What You'll Do

As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll serve as a friendly and professional representative for our client campaigns and help connect community members with important programs, services, and initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Representing our clients at community events, outreach locations, and local engagement activities.

• Speaking directly with members of the public and creating positive, informative interactions.

• Explaining campaign initiatives, programs, and services in a clear and approachable way.

• Delivering brief presentations and answering questions from community members.

• Building positive relationships with members of the local community.

• Supporting the planning and execution of local outreach campaigns.

• Gathering community feedback and communicating key information to team leadership.

• Recording campaign activity and maintaining accurate outreach information.

• Working collaboratively with team members to accomplish campaign objectives.

• Participating in paid training, team meetings, and professional development sessions.
