We are seeking an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll represent client brands at community events, outreach programs, retail promotions, and public engagement campaigns. You'll connect with members of the community, educate customers about products, services, and initiatives, and help create meaningful, positive experiences.

Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at community outreach events, retail locations, promotional campaigns, and local events
- Build positive relationships with community members through face-to-face interactions
- Educate customers about products, services, programs, and promotional offers
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with event registration, promotional activities, and customer participation
- Support event setup, display maintenance, and event breakdown
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily outreach and engagement goals
- Collect customer feedback and complete event reports accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance while representing client brands
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Comfortable engaging with the public in a face-to-face environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, community outreach, promotions, or event marketing is a plus but not required
