Entry Level Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and inquisitive individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Compliance Specialist. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to begin a career in regulatory compliance within the financial services industry. As a Compliance Specialist, you will support our compliance program by: • Monitoring processes. • Assisting with client audits. • Auditing internal practices. • Responding to consumer communications. • Helping ensure the agency operates within all applicable laws as well as client requirements. ***** Please note: This position is in the Legal & Compliance Department. ***** Qualifications • Bachelor's degree is not required. We will consider candidates based on a combination of education and/or experience. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of regulatory frameworks in debt collection. Preferred Qualifications • Prior internship or work experience in compliance, legal, quality assurance, or financial services. • Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) or other consumer protection laws. • Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
