Position Overview:
The Credentialing Coordinator will support the onboarding and ongoing compliance of healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare administration—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify credentials, licenses, and certifications for healthcare staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals of required documents
  • Communicate with team members regarding onboarding requirements and missing documentation
  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting
  • Basic knowledge of medical credentials (CNAs, LPNs, RNs) preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Work Schedule:
