You will conduct sales consultations with businesses, assessing their connectivity needs and recommending AT&T Business products.


As an Entry Level Sales and Customer Support, you will be trained to perform proactive optimization checks that identify gaps in a company's digital setup. The Entry Level Sales and Customer Support will spearhead sales efforts for AT&T Business Fiber, ensuring that businesses have the speed and backup they need to thrive. Your role is vital in maintaining our high sales standards while providing businesses with world-class AT&T support.


Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales and Customer Support

  • Interact with businesses to learn about their current services and introduce AT&T Business wireless devices, cell phones, Fiber Internet, and VoIP.
  • Deliver reliable customer care by assisting with account questions, service adjustments, and general support while contributing to ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Support business account management by helping clients set up or modify AT&T wireless, internet, and VoIP services.
  • Explain AT&T Business products in a straightforward way that makes it easy for business owners to understand their options and make decisions.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales and Customer Support

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
