Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily client communication, service scheduling, and office coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and office communication
• Schedule landscaping and maintenance service appointments
• Maintain accurate customer and scheduling records
• Coordinate with field teams regarding daily service updates
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Provide administrative support to office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18 - $28 per hour
