We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our event participants, donors, sponsors, and community partners. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer support, assist with event registration, process donations and sponsorships, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist event participants with event registration, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and general program information.
- Process event registrations, donations, sponsorships, and other transactions accurately using internal systems and CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, interactions, and transaction histories within the CRM database.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing positive, solution-focused support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless event operations.
- Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Support customer service initiatives, special projects, and administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
- Stay up to date on company policies, programs, products, and services to provide accurate and knowledgeable assistance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
