Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing local marketing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable customer service and communication skills.

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll work alongside our Customer Service Trainees and experienced team members to represent our clients’ brands, connect with customers, and help support successful local marketing campaigns. You’ll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while helping our clients build strong relationships within the community.

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers and team members to help create positive experiences and support successful local marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with potential customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

• Build genuine customer relationships and help increase brand awareness and loyalty.

• Assist new and existing customers by answering questions and providing helpful information.

• Listen to customer feedback and communicate insights to the team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, sales, and feedback.

• Work closely with Customer Service Trainees and other team members to meet campaign goals.

• Help identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and campaign performance.

• Represent our clients' brands professionally within the local community.

• Participate in ongoing training designed to develop your customer service, communication, marketing, and leadership skills.
