This position involves representing client brands at promotional events, engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and current promotions
- Assist with customer registrations, promotional offers, or purchases when applicable
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to support daily event objectives
- Help with event setup, display maintenance, and breakdown as needed
- Collect customer feedback and accurately complete event reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable interacting with the public in a face-to-face environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
