We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support our event marketing team. This position involves representing client brands at promotional events, engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
  • Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer customer questions about products, services, and current promotions
  • Assist with customer registrations, promotional offers, or purchases when applicable
  • Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily event objectives
  • Help with event setup, display maintenance, and breakdown as needed
  • Collect customer feedback and accurately complete event reports

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
