Entry-Level Customer Service Representative - Order Entry

ISCAR USA, a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our Order Entry team at our corporate office in Arlington, TX.

Customer contact is by phone and e-mail. Primary duties consist of accurate order/data entry and responding to customer questions/requests in a pleasant and efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Good reasoning and analytical skills
3. Ability to multitask in a fast to medium paced work environment
4. Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
5. Dependable and committed to scheduled adherence expectations.
6. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
