The Customer Service Representative will serve as a professional point of contact for customers and community members, providing clear information, answering questions, and creating positive experiences through in-person interactions and community-based campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization professionally at community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives
- Engage directly with customers and community members to provide information and answer questions
- Build positive relationships through friendly, knowledgeable, and professional communication
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and day-to-day campaign activities
