Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

Are you friendly, outgoing, and great with people? Looking for an opportunity to build customer service, communication, and leadership skills while working in a fun, team-oriented environment?

GEM is hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to represent well-known nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns throughout the Richmond area.

You'll interact directly with the public, answer questions, provide information, and create positive experiences while supporting meaningful nonprofit causes.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Interact with people at community events and outreach locations

• Answer questions and provide information about nonprofit programs

• Build positive relationships with members of the community

• Represent nonprofit organizations in a professional manner

• Support community outreach and fundraising campaigns

• Work closely with a team to achieve campaign goals

• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching

No Experience? No Problem!

Previous customer service, sales, marketing, or fundraising experience is not required.
