We’re seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our growing team in Syracuse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing professional communication and sales skills.
No extensive experience is required. We provide training and support to help the right candidate succeed.
What You’ll Do
Interact directly with customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
Learn and communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Assist with sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Represent the organization professionally at events and community activities.
