What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
Customer Service including lots of phone communication. Following up with customers on shipping inquiries?
Processing paperwork including checking for errors.
Entering orders including data input, faxing and emailing.
Assist sales with questions, quotes or order entry.
Update website as needed
Sales order and invoice filing
