Entry Level Customer Success Specialist

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialists for a new entry-level opportunity with our client in Greensboro. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will leverage your expertise in technical support and customer relationship management to foster strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and facilitate the successful use of assigned products. Duties

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage client accounts effectively to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Utilize multiple software platforms to track customer interactions, manage projects, and report on account status.
• Provide expert product troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to client accounts and project statuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to effective operate a personal computer and basic computer programs.
• Confident data entry and active listening abilities.
