Collect, organize, and maintain business data from multiple sources.
Enter, verify, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and dashboards.
Use Microsoft Excel and other business tools to organize and analyze information.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Assist with data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
Support forecasting, reporting, and business-performance projects.
Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.
Present findings and observations in clear, easy-to-understand formats.
Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information.
Assist with other analytical and administrative projects as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers and information.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet knowledge.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with Excel formulas, PivotTables, or data visualization.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
Previous internship, administrative, customer service, finance, or data-entry experience.
