Job Title: Entry-Level Electrical Assembler (Panel Shop)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Electrical Assembler to join our panel shop team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical aptitude who is comfortable using basic tools and working from drawings. This is a great opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment and gain experience in electrical assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drill and cut holes in electrical enclosures based on layout drawings
- Use hand tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other shop equipment
- Assist with panel preparation and basic assembly tasks
- Perform light mechanical work and hand machining as needed
- Follow instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Basic experience with hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow basic drawings or layouts
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work in a team environment
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or panel shop environment
- Exposure to electrical components or assemblies
