Responsibilities
- Assemble precision electronic components following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Operate specialized manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Record production data accurately using computer systems and production documentation.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
- Safely handle manufacturing materials while following all cleanroom and safety procedures.
- Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations.
- Support production schedules while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist with new production processes as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or a cleanroom environment is a plus.
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable wearing cleanroom garments and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks requiring precision and accuracy.
