Entry-Level Event Assistant | Immediate Hire

We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our growing team and support live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.

No previous event or marketing experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist with live events, promotional events, and community outreach activities
• Interact with customers, event attendees, and members of the community
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Help with event setup, registration, activities, and breakdown
• Represent brands and organizations at community and promotional events
• Share accurate information about products, services, and campaigns
• Support event marketing, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with event activities
• Work closely with team members to create a positive customer experience
• Attend training sessions and develop skills in event marketing, communication, customer service, and leadership
