Looking for an entry-level job with paid training? We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support community events, promotional campaigns, nonprofit initiatives, and customer engagement activities.

No previous event, marketing, sales, or customer service experience is required. Training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist with event setup, activities, promotions, and breakdown
• Welcome and engage with customers and event attendees
• Provide friendly customer service
• Answer questions and share information about featured campaigns
• Represent nonprofit organizations, brands, and community partners
• Support event marketing, promotions, and community outreach
• Assist with registrations, information tables, presentations, and event activities
• Work with a team to create a positive event experience
• Participate in paid training and professional development
