About the Role

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you'll support promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and marketing campaigns while creating positive experiences for attendees. You'll help coordinate event activities, represent client brands, and contribute to successful marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and community outreach campaigns.
  • Represent client brands professionally at live events, community programs, trade shows, and promotional activations.
  • Welcome attendees, answer questions, and provide information about products, services, and promotional campaigns.
  • Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions to build brand awareness and strengthen community relationships.
  • Support event displays, promotional materials, and daily event operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and campaign goals are achieved.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Participate in paid training, coaching, and leadership development programs.
