Entry Level Event Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team! You’ll gain hands-on experience representing well-known nonprofit and charitable organizations at live events, community campaigns, fundraisers, and promotional activations.

No previous event or marketing experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit and charitable partners at community events
• Engage with attendees and create positive, memorable interactions
• Help promote fundraising campaigns and community initiatives
• Educate the public about featured causes and organizations
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Support promotional campaigns and brand activations
• Communicate with customers, donors, and community members
• Work closely with a team to meet event and campaign goals
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Learn event marketing, fundraising, communication, and leadership skills
