Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities. You will work closely with event teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a positive experience for attendees, clients, and partner brands.
This role provides hands-on exposure to event coordination, brand representation, customer engagement, and promotional marketing in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of live events and promotional activations
- Support on-site event operations and team coordination
- Engage with attendees to ensure a positive and professional customer experience
- Distribute promotional materials and campaign information
- Assist with event registration, guest check-in, and crowd flow management
