Entry-Level Event Assistant – Paid Training & Career Growth

We're expanding our team and hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, promotional campaigns, nonprofit programs, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach activities.

No previous event, marketing, sales, fundraising, or customer service experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you'll work alongside our team to help create engaging, professional, and successful event experiences.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, fundraising events, and community outreach activities
• Support event setup, preparation, activities, and breakdown
• Welcome and engage with customers, attendees, donors, and community members
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support marketing, promotional, and nonprofit campaigns
• Share information about programs, services, charitable causes, and fundraising initiatives
• Represent clients, nonprofit organizations, and campaigns professionally
• Answer questions and provide accurate information
• Support customer engagement and community outreach efforts
• Work collaboratively with team members during events
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for attendees
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Build practical skills in event coordination, marketing, fundraising, communication, and customer service

No Experience Required – Paid Training Provided
