Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns.

If you're outgoing, friendly, and enjoy talking with people, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, customer service, communications, fundraising, and community engagement.

No previous event, marketing, sales, or fundraising experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you learn the role and develop valuable professional skills.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will help create positive experiences for customers, donors, and community members while representing charitable organizations and their programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing charitable organizations at events and retail locations
• Engaging with the public in a friendly and professional manner
• Providing information about charity programs, campaigns, and community initiatives
• Educating customers and community members about featured programs
• Conducting presentations and promotional activities for new audiences
• Building positive relationships through face-to-face communication
• Developing knowledge of client programs, fundraising campaigns, and sponsorship initiatives
• Supporting donor engagement and retention efforts
• Working toward campaign and fundraising goals
• Helping with event setup, displays, materials, and on-site activities
• Participating in team training and professional development
