We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the setup and execution of live events, community outreach programs, and charity fundraising campaigns. Job Summary
The Entry-Level Event Assistant will assist with day-to-day event operations, including setup, guest support, and event breakdown. This role focuses on creating a positive attendee experience while supporting smooth event execution for promotional and community-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, signage, and promotional materials

Support on-site event operations during community outreach and promotional events

Greet and assist attendees in a professional and friendly manner

Distribute marketing materials, event information, and promotional items

Maintain organization and cleanliness of event areas throughout the event

Work closely with event staff and team leads to ensure successful execution
