Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities, and creating engaging experiences while developing valuable event marketing and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Present and explain products and services during promotional events.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and create engaging event experiences.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing sales, event, and professional development training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to learn sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
