We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, organization, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns. This position provides valuable experience in event coordination, logistics, and customer engagement.
Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown activities
Coordinate event schedules, materials, and logistical requirements
Support customer engagement efforts during events and promotions
Ensure event areas remain organized and professionally presented
Communicate with team members regarding event objectives and timelines
Track attendance, customer interactions, and event outcomes
Assist in maintaining inventory of promotional materials and supplies
Provide post-event feedback and administrative support
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Previous event experience is not required; training provided
