Position Summary

We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with organizing and executing promotional events and customer engagement activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, energetic, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating event schedules, locations, and materials

• Help prepare event spaces, displays, signage, and promotional supplies

• Organize materials and ensure event resources are ready on time

• Communicate event details with team members and event participants

• Support event setup, activities, and breakdown

• Assist attendees and provide information about featured products or promotions

• Help track event supplies and identify additional needs

• Gather attendee feedback and share observations with the event team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers and attendees

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced setting

• Previous event, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus
