Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with organizing and executing promotional events and customer engagement activities. Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activities.

• Support event setup, preparation, and breakdown.

• Welcome attendees and provide a friendly, professional experience.

• Assist with promotional presentations and customer engagement activities.

• Support lead generation and customer outreach during events.

• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.

• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.

• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly.

• Assist with follow-up activities after promotional events.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
