Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their leadership, communication, and organizational skills while gaining valuable experience in event operations.
Assist with coordinating event schedules, logistics, and operational plans.
Help ensure event materials, displays, and resources are prepared and organized.
Welcome attendees and provide information regarding event activities and promotions.
Monitor event operations and assist with resolving day-to-day challenges.
Maintain event records, reports, and project documentation.
Support attendee engagement and customer interaction efforts.
Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
Contribute to the overall success of promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
