Position Overview
The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists with organizing community events, promotional activities, and event logistics. This role provides excellent hands-on experience in event coordination and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating community events
- Support event setup, operation, and breakdown
- Coordinate event materials and supplies
- Welcome attendees and provide general information about the company
- Help maintain organized event records and inventory
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution
