Entry-Level Event Operations Assistant
We are looking for dependable and motivated Event Operations Assistants to help execute successful community events through hands-on support and customer interaction. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking entry-level experience in events, logistics, or field operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Transport, set up, and break down event materials and equipment
- Assist with on-site event operations and coordination
- Support guest engagement and answer basic attendee questions
- Help organize inventory, supplies, and event materials
- Ensure events run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule
- Collaborate closely with team members during event execution
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout events
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, logistics, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, mobile apps, and digital communication tools
